Norm was at our house within five minutes to give an estimate, and found that valve was just fine, and installed our new washer in no time! His honesty saved us $400. We also had him inspect the gas lines at a rental property we own. He was amazing at finding a leak, and provided a cost-effective, workable solution to allow us to get our natural gas turned back on. Highly Recommend!
