We needed to have a shutoff valve replaced to our washing machine because another plumbing company said it was corroded, and we could not install our new machine until it was replaced. Norm was at our house within five minutes to give an estimate, and found that valve was just fine, and installed our new washer in no time! His honesty saved us $400. We also had him inspect the gas lines at a rental property we own.
